Spinnakers are next door to the Island House restaurants, making it an easy walk to the beach and Club oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and golf. Enjoy the distant ocean view from the balcony off the master bedroom. Large picture windows in the living room and dining room offer a glimpse into the wildlife at Seabrook.
735 Spinnaker has been remodeled with a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances and more. Features include parquet flooring, deck with gas grill, Smart TV's, DVD player. There is counter seating as well as a dining room table to enjoy each others company. **As of January, 2023, a new washer/dryer has been added.
The first floor bedroom sleeps three and has a queen size bed (with new mattress) plus another Twin with a trundle bed, TV and a nearby full bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with distant ocean views - perfect to relax after a day at the beach or gaze at the stars at night.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
- Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
- Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
- Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
This is a dog friendly villa for up to (1) dog so you are welcome to bring your furry friend with you to Seabrook. An additional fee to apply.
The beds will be made and clean towels hanging in the bathrooms for your use. We do ask you to bring your own beach towels. This is a terrific villa to enjoy Seabrook Island with your family. Don't miss it.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
